Winamp Remote

Winamp Remote is a tool that allows your Pocket PC to control Winamp music player using a wireless connection (like Bluetooth or WiFi).

This is a client-server application, the clinet runs on Pocket PC and the server on a Windows PC.

Beside the usual player controls, the clinet has the option to add the currently playing song to the “like” or “don’t like” list. The lists can be managed from the server application. This can be usefull when you want to make audio CDs or clean your music folder.

The client application has been tested on Windows Mobile 2003 and Windows Mobile 6 with QVGA resolution, but should work fine on other screen resolutions and form factors.

The server application has been tested on Windows XP and Windows 7.

Enjoy the confort of sitting on your sofa and controlling your playlist :)
